Job Title: Project / Product Manager -Supply Chain SME

Job Description:
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director, Product and Technology teams to lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholder groups to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, aligning them with the organization objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, logs, status updates, and related collateral ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.
  • Prior experience within Supply Chain, Digital and Data environments required.
 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management in a large enterprise environment to deploy solutions at scale.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
