Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Analyst for a 5 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5 pm CST
Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30 pm CST
Position Overview:
Daily Responsibilities/Job Description:
Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods. Will provide support to users experiencing internet login issues.
Assist Incident Management and EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages
Resolve work orders following documented steps and training
Other duties as assigned
Interaction level with Management/Team Members:
Reports to a Supervisor or Manager in the Information Technology department/works closely with team to solve problems in a timely manner
Skills Overview:
Qualifications/years of experience:
HS diploma or GED is required
1 year of service desk experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Must Haves:
1. IT Customer Service experience
2. Ticket Tracking system experience
3. Strong written & verbal communications skills
Technology Requirements:
Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
Success/Performance Metrics:
Soft Skills Needed:
Strong written & verbal communications skills
Best vs Average Worker:
20 tickets per day
Performance Measurements:
CSI - 85%
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay: $16.00 to $18.00/hour
