RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a IT Project Manager.

Summary:
The IT Project Manager plays an active role in the project development process. Strategically, this position partners with internal customers and external vendors to help shape ideas into viable business initiatives which support our key business objectives. Tactically, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the entire project development cycle, from creating a product requirements document to launching the project into production and facilitates the troubleshooting and resolution of system/application issues.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced, high demand environment with shifting priorities and manage a diverse group of stakeholders. This candidate will have excellent knowledge, worked in an Agile environment, and able to lead global projects of both Infrastructure and Development. This candidate may have a Project Manager report to them. Travel as well as adjustments to working hours may be required from time to time.

Key Job Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage the implementation of projects or program components, and ensure high quality communication, delivery within scope, budget, and schedule without losing sight of the project's business goals
* Create the project plan, including work breakdown structure, timelines, and deliverables
* Lead Scrum sessions, stand-ups, and take ownership for the Agile releases with product
* Partner with Development and Product Owners for risk and change management
* Facilitate resolution for production issues/bugs
* Identify and integrate all work streams and dependencies, which may be performed by nationally or globally dispersed team members, and which encompass technical, business process, and organizational change readiness work
* Participate in and contribute to IT prioritization process for adhoc requests and major initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS)
* 3-5 years of technology focused project or program management experience; Preferably in the field of software or application development or in the digital advertising space
* Ability to perform and oversee multiple projects through effective project management
* Advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS DevOps (able to utilize the tool to establish, maintain and manage the critical path, establish and manage shared enterprise resources)
* Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies is required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
