Job Details

Miracle Software Systems, seeking an experienced Software Product Management Senior Specialist to lead product and release management for vehicle program and resource management applications, including financial reporting systems. This role involves driving product enhancements, managing technology modernization initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration with U.S.-based business partners at the Product Development Center (PDC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Manage backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and development teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track KPIs and product performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate standups, planning sessions, and feature request refinement across multiple teams.

Experience Required

  • 8+ years in product management or related roles.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, managing backlogs, and leading Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams.
  • Strong track record in release management and supporting production applications.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
