Job Description:
  • Provide leadership, coordination, and support to stakeholders and project teams in the analysis, configuration, design, testing, quality assurance, and implementation of new releases, modules, and functionality of 1GX systems.
  • Key liaison and senior point of contact to ensure 1GX system changes are reviewed, assessed, and controlled to ensure alignment to Government, ILO and Ministry business plans and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide expertise in issue resolution in support of 1GX operations and the 1GX production environment.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement process improvements in accordance with government, ILO, and Ministry goals and objectives.
  • Proactively engage and consult with stakeholders including 1GX users, Relevant Stream Business Community (ClientM, Payroll, etc.), and Service Candidateagers, to identify impacts of business decisions and to ensure that the business needs of the stakeholders are considered, and that issues and problems are addressed.
  • Provide project management and project leadership to large and complex projects, drawing on knowledge of business and client needs, business process design and project experience, support project management from inception to completion.

Must Have:
  • The proposed candidate must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role.
  • University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience.
  • Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience.
  • One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience. Yes/No
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within SAP BTP. 5 years
  • Experience in SAP Integration Suite(API Candidateagement, EM, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor). 5 years
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP. 5 years
  • Experience with business plans, mandates, stXXgic priorities, objectives and/or programs of 1GX. 5 years
  • Experience with SAP ECC projects. 5 years
  • Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). 5 years
  • Experience with migration of SAP Process Orchestration solutions to new S/4 HANA cloud integration platforms. 5 years
  • Understanding of SAP software and project implementation methodology. 5 years
Nice to Have:
  • Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP as issued by the Project Candidateagement Institute or equivalent and/or an active CMC designation as issued by a member institute of the International Council of Candidateagement Consulting Institutes or equivalent. Yes/No
  • Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. 5 years
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles. 2 years
  • Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions. 5 years
  • Experience with business writing, communication and documentation. 5 years
  • Experience working in or for the public sector. 3 years
