Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and optimize IT operations at our facility in Shelton, Washington. This role involves managing clinical applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare data security standards, and supporting a primarily Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in healthcare IT systems, and the ability to lead IT initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation, support, and optimization of clinical applications, including Greenway, Citrix, Dentrix, and MiPACS.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems and platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards, including HIPAA regulations, across all IT practices.
Oversee the annual process of extracting and transferring data between organizational systems.
Maintain and support a Windows-based environment, including Azure and Windows Server technologies.
Provide technical support for telehealth solutions and emerging healthcare technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with organizational goals and healthcare compliance requirements.
Evaluate and implement backup technologies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
Lead efforts to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative IT solutions for healthcare operations.

Requirements
Must haves:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of supporting, implementing, and optimizing clinical applications including EHR systems (Greenway, Citrix, Dentrix, and Mipacs or similar)
- Proficiency in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting EHR platforms
- Knowledge of database systems, reporting tools, and system integration methods
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
- Annually need to pull data from EHR and bring it over to HIS
- Primarily a Windows environment with Azure, Windows Server, etc.
Nice to haves:
- Certifications in relevant clinical applications - Greenway Health certified trainer or similar
- Experience working with telehealth solutions or other emerging healthcare technologies
- Prior experience in a role supporting tribal communities or underserved populations
- Prior supervisory experience would be a plus
- Experience with HL7
