Role : Senior Java Backend Developer
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build high-performance APIs and distributed systems for large-scale applications.
- Develop secure, scalable RESTful services with strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Work with cloud-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex backend issues and drive performance optimization.
- Implement best coding practices and participate in design and code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous system improvements.
- 13+ years of Java backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Java 8+
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
- Microservices Architecture
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Knowledge of API Gateway, service registry, circuit breakers, and related microservices components.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with distributed caching technologies: Redis, Hazelcast, or similar.
- Familiarity with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS.
- Exposure to containerized deployments and cloud-native applications.
- Prior experience working in large enterprise or product-based environments.
