Technical Lead .NET Technologies

Location: South Dennis, MA

Experience: 6 10+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Core .NET technologies to lead development initiatives, design scalable applications, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ASP.NET frameworks, SQL databases, and modern front-end technologies, with additional exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms.

Core Development Skills (Primary)

  • ASP.NET Web Forms & MVC Architecture structured web application design and business logic implementation.

  • ASP.NET Core cross-platform, high-performance web application development.

  • ReactJS modern front-end framework for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

  • SQL Server database design, query optimization, and backend data management.


Development Tools & Platforms

  • Git version control, collaboration, and branching strategies.

  • IIS web server configuration and deployment.

  • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, project tracking, and repository management.


Preferred Secondary Skills

  • Oracle Database schema design, queries, and performance optimization.

  • XSLT XML transformation for data formatting and integration.

  • JavaScript / jQuery client-side scripting and interactivity.

  • Web API RESTful services development and integration.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, code standards, and best practices.

  • Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code delivery.

  • Oversee database design, optimization, and data integrity across SQL Server and Oracle.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps best practices for streamlined delivery.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure and scalable solutions.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation within the team.


Qualifications

  • 6 10+ years of experience in .NET application development and leadership roles.

  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Core) and ReactJS.

  • Proficiency in SQL Server, with exposure to Oracle databases preferred.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, IIS, and deployment automation.

  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
