Are you an experienced Google Cloud Platform QA professional ready to lead clinical quality initiatives and inspection readiness for late-phase trials? We're looking for a Senior Manager (R&D Quality Assurance) to join a forward-thinking pharmaceutical team focused on excellence in clinical research and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as QA Program Lead (PL), overseeing clinical study compliance with protocols, SOPs, Google Cloud Platform, and international regulatory standards.
- Lead audit strategy and execution, from developing audit plans and managing investigator site audits (ISAs) to generating reports and CAPAs.
- Own and drive inspection readiness for EMA, FDA, PMDA, and other health authorities-manage IR workstreams, lead site readiness training, and support inspection CAPAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors, providing Google Cloud Platform guidance and compliance support.
- Contribute to vendor oversight, process audits, and continuous improvement efforts within QA.
- Mentor junior QA staff and represent QA in process excellence and regulatory intelligence projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of Google Cloud Platform QA or clinical quality experience in pharmaceutical development.
- Strong knowledge of late-phase clinical trials and Google Cloud Platform regulations.
- Proven leadership in audits, inspection readiness, and vendor oversight.
- Exceptional understanding of clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and data management.
