Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify use cases, process gaps, and opportunities.

  • Document business processes in As-Is and To-Be formats.

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend technology platforms aligned with business goals.

  • Lead end-to-end POC initiatives (vendor demos, NDAs, MSAs, integration planning).

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to assess feasibility and fit of solutions.

  • Ensure operational scalability and readiness during solution evaluations.

  • Stay updated with trends in automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled tools.

  • Present findings and recommendations to executives, business teams, and IT groups clearly.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and best practices.

  • Provide input into short-term and long-term IT strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant industry or technical experience (preferred).
  • Strong background in business process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution evaluation.
  • Familiarity with vendor engagement, procurement, and legal processes (NDAs/MSAs).
  • Experience working in digital transformation, business analysis, or solution architecture.
Technical/Domain Skills
  • Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, and AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of system dependencies, integrations, and scalability considerations.
