Pay Range: $134.9hr - $139.9hr

  • Candidates translate evolving HR service and employee needs into scalable products, stitch together existing tools and data flows, and launch scrappy, high-impact prototypes.
  • Candidates help architect a more seamless internal operating system-one that empowers employees and managers, improves clarity, and brings AI from concept to reality inside our core workflows.
  • This is a builder role, where candidates will work closely with partners across EX, BizTech, Design, and the business -rapidly iterating and testing ideas that make a measurable difference.
  • Candidates will bring depth in AI and HR technology and the ability to zoom between system architecture, product experimentation, and crisp storytelling.
A Typical Day:
  • Translate employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities
  • Build early prototypes or functional MVPs (solo or in partnership with Biztech)
  • Outline requirements for systems integrations between HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc.
  • Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR AI/automation opportunities
  • Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR vs. build pathways for core functionality
  • Design quick pilots across decision support, communications, knowledge management, or resource planning.
  • Define success metrics, track impact, and build product feedback loops
  • Collaborate with EX and BizTech to make HR AI-powered experiences both useful and scalable
  • Continuously evolve our HR AI strategy as new insights, tech, and organizational needs emerge.
Skills Expertise:
  • 10+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML-powered tools or platforms.
  • Experience building or prototyping tools using LLMs, decision systems, prompt frameworks, or automation models.
  • Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy (e.g., performance, recruiting, planning, or people analytics).
  • Track record of translating complex, cross-functional needs into tested and shipped products.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions ranging from design to measuring impact
  • Scrappy and self-directed-comfortable building in lean environments with ambiguity.
  • Hands-on with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases-or excited to learn them fast.
  • Familiar with tech stacks across knowledge management, portfolio planning, HR/People tools.
  • Collaborative, systems-oriented, and skilled at connecting dots across people, processes, and platforms.
  • Adept in visual storytelling, from Miro/Figma to slideware, and effective stakeholder comms.
  • Passionate about Client's mission, shaping the future of work, and the human-AI partnership within it.
