3Core Systems is looking for Project Manager - Software Implementation for one of our clients in Remote

Title: Project Manager Software Implementation (Nuclear/Energy Sector)

Location: Fully remote (their teams sit all over the country)
Duration: 12 24 Months

Overview: Need to find project managers that have done software implementation projects to fortune 500 companies. Ideally coming from large implementation partners like Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise software implementation projects from scoping through delivery.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and compliance needs.
  • Ensure projects comply with nuclear industry standards and regulatory safety protocols.
  • Manage Agile or hybrid SDLC processes, utilizing Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Guide cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and analysts.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency throughout execution.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between internal product teams and external client stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5 7 years of software implementation/project management experience in enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years working for a systems integrator (e.g., Accenture, IBM Global, CGI, etc.) or similar, delivering SDLC projects for external enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira, DevOps tools, or similar PM platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex, regulated software environments with attention to security, compliance, and traceability.
  • Must be A10 compliant (required for work in the nuclear sector).
  • PMP or other PM certifications preferred, but not required.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
