Art Director

We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for co-branded campaigns from pitch to final execution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, other art directors, and producers to create visually compelling solutions that meet client objectives.
• Concept and design video-first creative across multiple platforms.
• Present creative ideas and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure high standards of design quality while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of creative processes.
• Maintain a focus on customer experience and brand goals while balancing stakeholder needs.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
• Proficient in graphic design and video production, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with creative concepting and narrative development.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in design.
• Background in marketing or advertising would be beneficial.
