Job Details
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to support the rollout of SD-WAN, access points, and UPS hardware across ~68 remote offices. The role includes remote configuration, coordination with on-site and third-party teams, and Tier 3 support for network incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Fortinet and Cisco Meraki hardware remotely
- Coordinate with on-site staff and third-party vendors for hardware shipment and installation
- Validate hardware and circuit installations
- Provide Tier 3 support for network incidents
- Perform routine network operations (firewall updates, switchport changes, documentation, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Fortinet FortiGate, Fortinet Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager
- Cisco Meraki switches and wireless access points
- Experience with nationwide hardware deployments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolarWinds, PagerDuty, JIRA (preferred)
- Agile experience and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Net+) preferred
