Job Title: SAS Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) -- Need Local with ID proof

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAS Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of strong experience in SAS programming and data analysis. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing SAS-based solutions for data processing, analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create automated workflows and processes using SAS macros and scripts.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources.
- Document code, processes, and procedures according to internal standards.
- Participate in performance tuning and optimization of data processing scripts.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and generate reports as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of hands-on experience with SAS tools (Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS SQL).
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide or SAS Studio.
- Strong experience in SQL programming and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or similar data-driven industries.
- Exposure to Python, R, or other statistical languages.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel dashboards.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
