Job Title:- Content Author & Campaign Platform Expert
Location:- Iselin, New Jersey Hybrid , Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4 7 years of experience in content authoring and marketing campaign management, ideally within a FinTech, financial services, or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of digital campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or similar.
- Expert in HTML development, email templates, and campaign tagging.
- Editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, compliance, and clarity.
- Understanding of marketing automation, data-driven targeting, and customer journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
- Experience with personalization and dynamic content management.
- Familiarity with financial products, regulatory marketing requirements, and consumer finance communication standards.
It is an absolute must/no exceptions that you have good experience taking designs from the UI/UX designer and converting it into HTML templates (for communication via email or social media platforms)

We are seeking a dynamicMarketing oriented specialist to join our growing FinTech team.
This role combines creative storytelling with strong technical expertise in digital marketing and campaign management platforms.
You will play a critical role in shaping our customer communication strategy - creating engaging, compliant, and on-brand content while leveraging campaign automation tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop, write, and edit clear, engaging, and compliant content across digital channels (email, web, in-app, SMS, and social).
- Create tailored content for different audience segments including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Manage and maintain content repositories and version control for marketing assets.
Campaign Platform Management
- Build, test, and deploy omnichannel marketing campaigns using campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalent).
- Manage customer journeys, automation workflows, segmentation logic, and personalization rules.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and company brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to translate business objectives into content and campaign strategies.
- Support content governance and ensure consistent application of messaging frameworks across the organization.
- Provide training and documentation for campaign workflows and best practices.
