Pay Range: $60.00 - $75.00/hour (negotiable based on experience). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact, strategic Medicare initiatives from definition through execution
  • Take loosely defined business problems and transform them into structured work efforts with clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Identify, engage, and align the right cross-functional stakeholders across operations, compliance, clinical teams, and leadership
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, documentation, and governance structure
  • Drive accountability across teams and ensure progress against timelines, milestones, and goals
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and financial or operational impacts through clear, executive-level reporting
  • Make informed recommendations based on data, operational knowledge, and stakeholder feedback
  • Operate with minimal guidance, acting as a strategic partner to leadership
  • Deliver assigned initiatives on time and with confirmed operational and/or financial outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder alignment
  • Operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to ambiguous or complex business challenges

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills; 7-10 years of experience in project or program management within the healthcare industry
  • Strong background in Medicare or health plan operations
  • Strategic Problem-Solving & Ability to Work in Ambiguity
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and comfort working in ambiguity
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Healthcare, Operations, Public Health, or related field
  • Master s Degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other industry certification
  • Experience in operational strategy, business transformation, or consulting
