The Role
We’re looking for a Test Lead who doesn’t just find bugs—they hunt them, corner them, and make sure they never come back.
You’ll own quality end-to-end: strategy, execution, automation, delivery.

What You’ll Do
Lead QA efforts across multiple workstreams, releases, and environments
Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cycles
Serve as the bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders
Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks (not fragile scripts)
Drive automation-first thinking while knowing when manual testing matters
Own UI, API, and integration testing
Review requirements early to prevent defects—not document them later
Track quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
Mentor QA engineers and raise the bar across the team
Ensure CI/CD pipelines don’t ship surprises at 2 a.m.
