Print Support Specialist I

Overview:
Immediate opening for a Print Support Specialist to provide on-site support for printers and copy services. This role involves printer break/fix triage, toner delivery, inventory management, and assisting with print projects. Work is active and requires regular walking and occasional lifting/moving of printers. Business casual dress. Some driving to off-site clinics required.
Responsibilities:

Provide daily support for network and workstation printers

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate when needed

Deliver toner and manage consumables inventory

Assist with printer installs, relocations, and hardware swaps

Support copy center with print project completion

Maintain and update fleet tools, databases, and meter reads

Communicate status updates to users and management

Document all service requests in TRAC Solution

Procure printer hardware as required
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
-
IT Help Desk support experience (hardware and application support)

HP technical certifications preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stay organized, work independently, and prioritize tasks

Physically able to walk, stand, and lift objects under 20 lbs

Familiarity with hand tools and basic troubleshooting techniques
