Position Title: Technical Project Manager
Job Location: NYC, NY(Hybrid)
Joining Mode: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, from ideation through execution, across multiple product lines and technology stacks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, Compliance, and Wealth Advisors to define and prioritize digital capabilities.
Technical Oversight: Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
Agile Governance: Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams.
Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
Client Experience Focus: Champion user-centric design and measurable improvements in client satisfaction, engagement, and adoption.
Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track program health, and present executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech; 5+ years in client-facing digital platforms.
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital transformation, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) and data governance.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with platforms like E*TRADE, Shareworks.
Passion for delivering intuitive, secure, and scalable digital experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.
