Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective technical support for Salesforce applications, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.

Utilize ServiceNow to manage and resolve support tickets, delivering high-quality solutions to user issues.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, promote group success, and achieve common goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce recurring technical issues.

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges within Salesforce.

Assist in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud.

Contribute to training efforts by helping team members enhance their technical skills and system knowledge.

Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies to improve existing systems and workflows

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce administration or technical support.

Proficiency in using ServiceNow for managing and resolving support tickets.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and learn from others.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement solutions that prevent recurring technical issues.

Salesforce Admin certification and Salesforce Service Cloud certification preferred.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a technical environment.

Continuous improvement mindset with a curiosity for learning and innovation.
