Job Title: NetOps NOC Job ID: 25-10495 Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003 Duration: 06 months on W2 contract
Description:
Seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional to support, monitor, and maintain converged data/voice networks (wired & wireless). Role includes troubleshooting, ticket management, network security monitoring, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Experience in network operations, problem resolution, and customer support.
- Strong knowledge of secure switching/routing, cabling, and network analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, ServiceNow preferred.
- Excellent communication & vendor management skills.
- CCNA certification preferred.
Education:
- Associate s Degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
Additional Info:
- Mostly remote, occasional onsite required.
- Must be flexible for overtime & rotating shifts.
