Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Recruiting Booster Consultant to support the University of Chicago in optimizing their Oracle Cloud HCM talent acquisition suite. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Recruiting and Recruiting Booster functionalities to enhance the hiring process, candidate engagement, and recruiter efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Recruiting Booster to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to define system requirements and best practices.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including job requisitions, candidate experience, interview management, and offer workflows.
  • Leverage Recruiting Booster tools for advanced candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and improved recruiter productivity.
  • Provide functional expertise in integration with other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
  • Develop training documentation and provide knowledge transfer to HR and Recruiting staff.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong focus on Talent Acquisition modules.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting (ORC)implementation/support.
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting Booster capabilities including interview management, personalized communications, and candidate experience improvements.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical/functional solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with higher education institutions is highly desirable.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Recruiting is a plus.
  • Exposure to integrations with third-party recruiting tools.
