Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months
Location: 100% Remote

Looking for experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help drive our agile projects to success.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on SAP implementations.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects, including multiple S/4HANA implementations.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is required.

Preferred Skills:

SAP certification in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Experience with Agile coaching and training.

Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

Experience in scaling Agile practices in larger organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
