Job Description:
Transformation Lead
Desired Skills: ITSM | ServiceNow
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps implementations.
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITOM (e.g., Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) are highly desirable. Dynatrace certifications (e.g., Associate, Professional) are also a strong plus.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, including Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Knowledge of ITSM and CMDB is also essential.
  • Hands-on experience with AIOps tools and techniques, such as machine learning, data analytics, and automation.
  • Extensive experience with Dynatrace's unified observability platform, including its metrics, logs, traces, and Davis AI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript (for ServiceNow) and experience with APIs for integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. The ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels is crucial.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AIOps roadmap, aligning ITOM and observability initiatives with key business objectives.
  • Design the end-to-end technical architecture for integrating Dynatrace's observability data (metrics, logs, traces) with ServiceNow's ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
  • Use AIOps and automation to reduce alert noise, correlate events, and enable proactive incident management and remediation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and communicate the value of the AIOps transformation.
  • Possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, with hands-on experience in Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Have extensive experience with the Dynatrace platform, including its Davis AI, APIs, and unified observability features.
  • Lead the cultural shift from a reactive to a proactive IT operations model, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, providing expertise in both ServiceNow and Dynatrace to ensure project success.
