Job Description:
As a Learning Programs Product Analyst, you will help oversee the learning and upskilling activities that Client leverages for their Associates on technologies globally. In addition, you will focus on the upskilling and career development activities for our Global IT organization and its Associates.

What You'll Do
As a key participant in our technical learning team, you will participate in the following activities:
  • Product management of the Pluralsight (e-learning platform). The primary goal is to drive engagement and usage of the Pluralsight learning platform throughout the global IT organization.
  • Operational administration of InfinITe Campus (learning portal for IT associates), Client's virtual university for our Global IT Organization.
  • Management and administration of the Microsoft 365 training program for Associates globally.
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Work with Associates to define their learning needs and align them with the Pluralsight platform course offerings. You will partner with the Pluralsight Account team and participate in scheduling and co-facilitating enablement sessions for our Associates on Pluralsight. You will also work on identifying and collecting data and metrics of the tool.
  • Support the operations of InfinITe Campus. This will include logistics and administration of InfinITe Campus live online sessions, work with IT Subject matter experts on new course offerings, and integration of Pluralsight into the InfinITe Campus site.
  • Manage the logistics and administration for Client's Microsoft 365 training curriculum. This will include moderation and support of live online learning sessions in Microsoft Teams and learning administration activities in TMS Learning.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
  • 1-5 years' experience with implementation, learning/training and/or administrative experience
  • Strong communicator who builds strong working relationships
  • Attention to detail, event planning and event management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) (basic level knowledge)
  • Ability to analyze data and turn it into useful metrics and graphs that can be used to measure effectiveness of training and various programs.
  • Quick to take initiative and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have:
  • Bonus if you have participated in training administration
