Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a transformative enterprise program involving the implementation of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP, integration with leading eCommerce platforms, and deployment of a Product Information Management (PIM) system. This is a high-impact role that will drive digital modernization across our operations, sales, and customer experience channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of a multi-system integration program, including P21 ERP, eCommerce, and PIM.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and user needs.
- Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and ensure program transparency.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Prophet 21 ERP projects.
- Proven success managing ERP and eCommerce/PIM integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of distribution, inventory, and order management processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar.
- Experience with PIM tools like Salsify, Akeneo, or inRiver.
- Background in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
