What You'll Do
    \n
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • \n
  • Use CAM software to follow established programming methods
  • \n
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, comparators, and other standard tools
  • \n
  • Work within a defined production system with direction from supervisors
  • \n
  • Follow clear instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
  • \n
  • Support Lean initiatives and ISO quality standards
  • \n
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
  • \n

What You Bring
    \n
  • 5+ years CNC programming experience (vertical/horizontal mills or ID/OD grinding)
  • \n
  • 5+ years lathe experience
  • \n
  • Familiarity with CAM programming
  • \n
  • Experience working in team-based production environments
  • \n
  • Strong shop math and metric reading skills
  • \n
  • Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards with consistency and care
  • \n
  • Familiarity with Lean and ISO practices
  • \n
  • Dependable, consistent approach to assigned tasks
  • \n
