JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join Client's Customer Care team, focusing on the Marketo Platform. You will serve as a technical advisor to Digital Marketers, helping them maximize their investment in the platform and resolve technical issues. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support, develop strategies for improved customer satisfaction, and become an expert in Marketo Engage technology.
  • Provide detailed technical support and advice to Enterprise and Commercial customers on Marketo Platform.
  • Meet service level and customer satisfaction targets through effective case management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical and business issues by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders (Product Management, Engineering, etc.) to drive end-to-end customer success.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong foundational knowledge in MYSQL, CSS, and HTML.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of professional staff and external customers.
  • We're looking for candidates with a BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience in tech support within a sophisticated software environment.
