Agile Coach - Financial Experience
Type: W2 With Benefits - No C2C
Top 7 Technical Skills:
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Teams, and Leadership on agile best practices
- Coach Value Streams, Teams, Leadership, and individuals to improve Agile & Lean practices for increased value delivery
- Observe, identify, and introduce opportunities for improvement
- Strong experience with creating user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements
- Experience providing product management support such as prioritization and backlog grooming
- Help develop and facilitate workshops to train all areas of the organization with best practices and thoughts from the Agile community
- Experience is more important than certifications (Certifications could be a tie breaker)
Top 3 Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build trust with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently remotely while performing training
- Must own the work. Will be treated as one of the team (not treated like a contractor)
Job Description:
Not looking for an Agile purest that insists 100% dictation from the handbook, but someone that aligns with the implementation of Agile. They must be both proactive and reactive in coaching the teams due to the sheer number they will be responsible for (estimated at 55)
