Job Details
SDET with Playwright & Selenium
Hoboken, NJ- Hybrid
Contract W2 only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
- Create robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team to identify test scenarios and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Perform exploratory and manual testing when required.
- Track defects, identify root causes, and validate bug fixes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the test automation framework and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in test automation as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
- 3+ experience with Playwright and Selenium for web application testing.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha/Jest.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
- Familiarity with REST API testing (Postman, REST-assured, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- CI/CD tool integration experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
