Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with system configurations and deployments. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve problems related to Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers.
Assist with configuration and deployment of new systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Support and maintain Cisco and Citrix technologies, addressing connectivity and performance concerns.
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer hardware and software.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system operations and integrations.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles.
Strong knowledge of Android development and Apple devices.
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Microsoft systems.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user account management.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware issues.
Skilled in system configuration and deployment processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
