Our Durant, Oklahoma based client is searching for an Oracle Cloud Security Administrator, who will be responsible for providing technical expertise to foster a secure environment that protects sensitive data while enabling users to work as needed within Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM and EPM.
Job Responsibilities
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle Cloud security in an enterprise environment; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to provide support for cross-departmental projects, including process improvements for both the customer-facing and internal operations teams related to the security of the systems.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Communicates effectively inside the department (IT). Aligns basic projects and work in order to achieve departmental goals. Can articulate standard operational challenges in an understandable way to an audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.
Significant ability to influence department on a wide range of issues pertaining to specialty. Contributes to overall impact toward departmental goals.
Defines, designs and documents the company's Oracle Cloud security mechanisms and tools. Recommends improvements necessary to ensure an acceptable risk level/security posture of Choctaw Nation systems.
Responsible for adhering to security compliance requirements. Independently carries out quarterly and annual compliance activities. Assists in developing compliance requirements.
Uses security strategy, policies and procedures to carry out tasks. Assists in the development and documentation of Oracle Cloud security strategy and supporting policies and procedures.
Fulfills complex service requests associated with the information security services and functions. Leads special projects and is expected to solve problems and creatively advance capabilities working across departments utilizing the enterprise solutions in the Hoshonti environments.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a technical/business discipline or 4 years experience in professional environment
6 to 10 years additional experience supporting access management systems
4 to 6 years experience with Oracle Cloud product suite
4 to 6 years experience with change control and ticket fulfillment processes across enterprise software environments
Experience in Oracle Cloud role design and data security policy development across functional applications (ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM)
Strong understanding of Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) protection techniques
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, customer service skills, and documentation skills.
Ability to perform complex tasks using independent judgment and critical thinking; comfortable working in an accountable and deadline-oriented environment and maintaining flexible working hours
