Job details:
Role: ServiceDesk analyst
Location: Pineville, LA
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Timings: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm CST
Coverage: 24/7/365 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year)
Duties include:
Answering the help desk line, monitoring Client Help Desk and business email for queries or questions, completion of requests through Service Now routing IMACs to the correct resolving group or approver. Client will provide the technology to run call routing from our 800 number to a dedicated line.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 1 Year Experience in a Help Desk like role. Experience troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android Operating Systems. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, SAP, and scripting. Applies technical knowledge to assist internal users with computer problems.
Job Duties:
Coordinates investigations to resolve information system issues. Conducts research to understand, explain and resolve technology issues. Communicate updates to users that have been or may be affected by a problem. Follows up with users after problems have been resolved. Utilizes help desk tracking software to present recommendations and improvements for user systems. Initiates onboarding procedures for new user into the system. Ensures response times are quick and effective to appropriately resolve requests. Coordinates referrals to technical, professional or service personnel depending on the repair, training, service or software issue.
