SAP QA Coordinator

THIS IS AN ONSITE WORK POSITION

Position: IT Tester/Testing Coordinator

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field

Certification: Testing Certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA)

1. 15+ years of Information Technology (IT) Testing and Testing Lead experience, including the development and management of test scripts and management of a testing team to ensure timely and quality execution of test scripts
2. 15+ years of IT project experience using Agile methodology
3. Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of an online submission or ordering application including payment processing
4. Experience using Issue and Project Tracking Software
5. 5+ years of experience with managing and coordinating with testing teams 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

1. Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of an online submission or ordering application including payment processing.
2. Proven ability to manage quality assurance of software testing (integration, functional, performance, regression, usability, accessibility, etc.) Influences, motivates, and challenges others
3. Ability to translate requirements, system documentation and business rules and procedures into test scripts
4. Ability to define comprehensive test strategies
5. Ability to work with system testers to ensure timely and quality execution of test scripts
6. Ability to manage defects and prioritize issues based on business impact and severity
7. Ability to create and present clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, including testing status, bug/defect status, bug/defect owner, estimated bug/defect resolution date, mitigation plans and issues/risk identification
8. Ability to create detailed test plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource allocation
9. Ability to manage test script templates and assist business analysts with template issues
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
12. Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing
13. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner to minimize negative impact
14. Experience and knowledge of a wide range of software
15. Experience with Jira
16. Experience with Azure Development Ops
17. Experience with Microsoft Office 365
