Job Title: PROGRAM MANAGER
100% Onsite Day 1 in either location
(3905 Dallas Pkwy #100, Plano, TX 75093 or 999 Lake Dr, Issaquah, WA 98027)

Job Summary:
* Candidate must have worked as developer, tech lead etc and moved to the track of Project Management/Scrum Master.
* He/She must possess prior experience in the Retail Domain.
* As part of PM activities, he/she must have coordinated production deployments.
* JIRA Ticket Tracking
* JIRA Dashboard Creations
* Microsoft Project Plan
* Metrics and weekly status reporting

Experience:
* Overall IT experience 15+ years
* Minimum experience of 5+ years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Project Management
2. Technical Management (Google Cloud Platform, .NET)
3. Experience in Cloud Development and Migration

Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
* Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they stay within the allocated budget.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
* Performance Tracking: Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
* Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that impede the team's progress.
* Coach the Team: Educate and guide the team in Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and adaptation.
* Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is clear and prioritized.
* Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
