Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - ITOM with AI Ml Ops
ServiceNow Developer - ITOM & AIOps
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and AI/ML Operations to design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions that optimize IT operations and automate infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM applications including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management Build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Implement AIOps solutions using Predictive Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities for incident prediction, anomaly detection, and automated remediation Configure Event Management for intelligent alert correlation and noise reduction Develop custom workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate IT operations Create Performance Analytics dashboards and reports for ITOM metrics Maintain CMDB accuracy through Discovery patterns and Service Mapping Provide technical documentation and support for production incidents
Required Qualifications
Experience:
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
5+ years with ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event
5+ Management)
2+ years implementing AI/ML solutions in IT operations
Technical Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required ServiceNow ITOM certification strongly preferred Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Knowledge of CMDB architecture, ITIL processes, and machine learning concepts Understanding of Predictive Intelligence and AI-powered automation
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CIS certification in ITOM or AIOps Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of Python, R, or data science tools Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure monitoring tools
