Job Title: SailPoint Engineer
Location: 100% Remote

Description
We seek a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead the optimization of IAM solutions. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of IAM projects, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in access governance, authentication, and provisioning processes, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Skills
1) 7+ years of SailPoint IIQ engineering experience
2) Sr. Level Development Experience - involving code changes, application integration, development, etc.
2) Java development experience - this person should have strong development experience. PowerShell and SQL experience would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IAM project initiatives, focusing on SailPoint and related tools: Lead the analysis and documentation of current IAM processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Gather and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units.
Optimize IAM processes (RBAC, SSO, MFA) to enhance access control and compliance: Translate business needs into functional specifications, focusing on improving IAM workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Maintain IAM documentation, including user guides, process flows, and metrics. Knowledge of security protocols and IAM-related performance metrics (OKRs/KRIs).
Support IAM audits and security reviews to ensure regulatory compliance. Analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach to optimize IAM systems and ensure business goals are met.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Azure AD.
Strong understanding of RBAC, SSO, and MFA.
Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
