Job Description:
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Oracle Developer (ORMB/ERP) with our client in the healthcare industry. This is a 1 year+ contract position. This role fully remote.
Compensation: $45-$55/hr W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Job Description
Design & Development
Develop custom components using ORMB/ERP and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Build algorithms, batch jobs, business services, and scripting (Groovy, BPA, Plugin Scripts).
Extend standard ORMB functionalities to meet business needs.
Configuration & Integration
Configure ORMB modules (e.g., billing, pricing, payments).
Integrate ORMB with upstream/downstream systems using APIs, REST/XML, XAI/IWS, and file transfers.
Requirement Analysis
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Support system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and production.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and tune system performance (SQL queries, WebLogic configurations).
Work with DBAs on enhancements and patches.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for ORMB systems.
Handle incident and change management for application issues.
Documentation
Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and deployment guides.
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and OUAF.
- Experience with ORMB data models, billing rules, pricing, and revenue calculations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Control-M, TFM, TRF for batch jobs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
