Oracle Fusion SCM Subject matter expert (SME)

Responsibilities -

General Responsibilities:

• Expert Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (e.g., , , , , , Product Scheduling etc.).
• Implementation Support: Assist with the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle SCM modules.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to other team members on Oracle SCM best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Oracle SCM processes and procedures.
• Specific Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Assist in designing, developing, and testing solutions for Oracle SCM/SCP
  • Review and provide inputs to track leaders on Configuration workbooks, functional designs, Requirement documentation
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet specific business needs.
• Data Management: Manage and maintain SCM data, including master data, transactional data, and reports.
• Integration: Manage integrations between Oracle SCM and other systems.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Oracle SCM performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and other stakeholders
• Prepare review check lists for review of the Project Deliverable documents
  • Review JIRA (RAID log and Requirement) and provide a summary of what progressed during the week with SCM PMO
  • Weekly report out on Impact Analysis with SCM PMO

  • Review of training material, prep if needed and help in travelling to sites and training
