Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Research Triangle, NC (Primarily Remote)
Overview:
A technology-driven organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of custom Enterprise and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing internal applications that are essential to daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web-based software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and optimize existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Provide additional technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience with:
- SQL - Building databases, queries, stored procedures
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- ASP, ASP.NET (Web Forms or MVC)
- XML
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., SourceAnywhere).
- Experience with development tools and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Environment:
- Primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration in the Research Triangle area.
