Associate System Administrator/Data Mapper

Genesis10 is seeking an Associate System Administrator This is a 6-month contract role with an insurance company. The candidate will be working on-site.

Compensation: $30.00 - 33.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Intake to Pay process and systems, including how it enables other stakeholder processes throughout the company
• Document data mapping between systems that support the Intake to Pay process
• Generate reports to carry out tasks to govern and improve data quality for Purchase Requisitions and Orders, Contracts, and Supplier information
• Understand how system configuration enables the business process
• Support ongoing innovation, process improvements to deliver increasing efficiency in supplier related processes
• Build strong working relationships with various cross functional groups (such as Law, Risk Assurance, etc.) across the enterprise, to establish efficiencies in the process
• Participate in defining system configuration to enable the business process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, MIS, MITM, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Demonstrated flexibility to adjust and respond to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing concurrent assignments
• Demonstrated strong analytical abilities in decision making and effective problem solving; ability to exercise judgment and discretion when making decisions promptly, with limited information and guidance
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Proficiency with information systems and applications
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills required as well as a high degree of personal initiative and motivation

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant process design, procedure development, and system configuration experience.
