Job Title: Technical Lead Dynamics CRM 365 (Customer Insights)
Implementation Partner: N-Force
Work Mode: Remote
Rate: 52$/ W2
Experience Required: 8+ years (Minimum 2 3 years as a Technical Lead)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a technically strong Technical Lead to guide the development team and manage end-to-end delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in secure networks, Azure integration, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights)
- Establish coding standards and mentor junior team members
- Manage sprints and technical deliverables
- Design scalable and secure CRM components
- Implement V3 secure network protocols
- Utilize Azure services for deployment and operations
Required Skills:
- 6 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM (at least 2 years as a Technical Lead)
- Expertise in Customer Insights, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on with Azure Functions, DevOps, and application security
- CI/CD pipelines, version control, and team collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with enterprise CRM deployments
