Job Details
Initially remote, but the resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon being asked to relocate.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance for a CRM system, including design, implementation, integration, and maintenance.
- Designing and implementing CRM solutions, including architecture and integration with other systems.
- Experienced in full-cycle CRM implementation and migration projects.
- Development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging, particularly in areas requiring deep technical expertise.
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of the CRM system through code reviews, testing, and adherence to quality standards.
- Contributing to project planning, scheduling
