Job Details

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a long-term contract role in the Austin Texas Metropolitan area. This role provides high-level recruitment support, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling through pre-boarding and onboarding. The Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, HR coordinators, and hiring teams to manage logistics, documentation, and candidate communications, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel, and expense reimbursements.
  • Serve as a main contact for candidates and interviewers, managing last-minute schedule adjustments.
  • Prepare interview packets, debrief materials, and ensure a smooth interview day experience.
  • Greet candidates, provide hospitality, and act as a resource throughout their visit.
  • Support candidates with offer and onboarding documents, troubleshooting issues with systems such as DocuSign.
  • Monitor and complete pre-hire and onboarding requirements in HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on compliance-driven processes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate files and complete all required tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist with other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance-driven environments.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Associate s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Equivalent education and experience combinations considered.
