We are looking for Quality Assurance Inspector for our client in Ridgefield, NJ
Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Location: Ridgefield, NJ
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $20.15hr - $24.15hr
  • Receive tubs of product from the manufacturing lines and inspect each syringe or vial in a light booth against black and white backgrounds.
  • Inspect rejected syringes and/or vials from automated inspection lines to confirm the presence of defects and classify defect types according to the approved defect list.
  • Inspect defect kits received from vendors to confirm correct defects in each unit and ensure the presence of single defects in each unit.
  • Document results on GMP forms and logbooks.
  • Assist with inspection-related deviations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • 2 3 years of experience inspecting products, preferably in a manufacturing or quality environment.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environment, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect syringes, vials, and defect kits according to established procedures.
  • Classify and document defects using GMP-approved forms and logbooks.
  • Assist with inspection-related deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification And Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
