Job Details
We are seeking an innovative Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting automation projects, utilizing your skills in Python and Ansible to enhance workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Write Python scripts and Ansible playbooks to automate workflows.
- Integrate various workflows using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor automation workflows and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation scripts and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with application teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Strong experience in automating workflows using Python and Ansible.
- Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms and processes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for enhancing automation solutions.
- Relevant certifications in automation technologies or methodologies.
