Job Title: Dynamics Tech Lead / Senior Developer Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead / Senior Developer to join our Operations Technology team. This is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring 3 days onsite per week. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, while integrating AI Builder and CoPilot capabilities to streamline business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on technologist with a strong foundation in CRM/CE architecture, enterprise integrations, and the Power Platform ecosystem. You'll work closely with product owners, business users, and global IT teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical design through analysis and planning.

Develop and customize features using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and Azure Logic Apps.

Integrate external systems, manage data migrations, and configure reports.

Implement and manage AI Builder and CoPilot integrations.

Perform system administration, security configuration, and user training.

Ensure quality with unit testing, integration testing, and post-production support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, and CoPilot.

Skilled in Azure, C#/.NET, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD).

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development.

Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
