Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of RapidIdentity solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, security, compliance) and external vendors to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively identifying risks.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding, provisioning, authentication, and role-based access control projects within RapidIdentity.
  • Support data integration and directory synchronization between systems such as Active Directory, SIS, HRIS, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure projects meet business, security, and compliance requirements (FERPA, HIPAA, etc. where applicable).
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and develop support documentation and training for end-users and administrators.
  • Act as subject matter expert for identity and access governance processes, particularly with RapidIdentity.
  • Qualifications:3 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT, education, or enterprise identity systems.
  • 2+ years direct experience working with or implementing RapidIdentity by Identity Automation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles (SSO, MFA, provisioning, role-based access).
  • Familiarity with K 12 or higher education IT environments a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.

Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.

Perform system testing and validation.

Provide technical support and training to team members.
