D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The right candidate will plan and coordinate marketing strategies for assigned target markets. Work closely with online and on-site sales teams, leadership teams, and internal teams to implement digital marketing plans that support revenue and volume growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Conduct market research, analyze benchmarks, and understand customer needs to align with strategies and digital channels
  • Develop and implement digital marketing roadmaps, create localized content, execute strategies for brand awareness, lead generation and achieving sales targets
  • Coordinate and create web content including listings, community updates and campaigns to engage and motivate targeted audiences
  • Draft and schedule social media posts to maximize engagement at both hyper-local and enterprise levels
  • Collaborate with teams to design and execute strategic email drip campaigns to support customers through multiple touch points
  • Implement SEO and SEM best practices including keyword optimization and content alignment to drive web traffic and meet business objectives
  • Review campaign performance and generate reports for internal stakeholders using CRM dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external vendors to ensure content is optimized and delivered effectively across all markets
  • Prepare and manage budget while tracking metrics including cost per lead, ROI and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to travel overnight


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience creating, developing, managing, and analyzing public-facing marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple digital channels
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media content across multiple social channels
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email


Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and design skills are a plus
  • GA4 - Google Analytics
  • Meta Business Manager/Suite
  • CRM - Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms
  • Email marketing technology platforms
  • Building email marketing drip campaigns
  • Creating UTM codes
  • Copywriting - experience with writing SEO detailed descriptions
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms
  • Experience with delivering branded content within corporate identity guidelines
